Privacy Policy

Effective June 20, 2026

Launch is operated by Absolute Collective (“Absolute Collective,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect through the Launch application at launch.absolutecollective.co and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account and profile details from your Absolute Collective / PayDirt login (name, employee ID, email), the information you add in Launch (the blitzes you apply to or run, the days you select, notes), and—if you choose to provide it—your mobile phone number and notification preferences. We also keep basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

To run the platform: post and claim blitz opportunities, manage rosters and applications, send you notifications you’ve enabled (in-app, push, email, and—if you opt in—text message), and keep the service secure. We do not use your information for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box in your notification settings, we send you automated text messages about blitzes you’re on—attendance confirmation requests, reminders, and roster updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Launch.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages described above. We share data with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, our SMS, email, and cloud hosting providers) solely to perform those services on our behalf, and with Absolute Collective systems your account already spans (such as PayDirt). We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, including a record of your messaging consent for compliance, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can update your phone number and notification channels, or turn texts off, anytime in your Launch settings, and you can reply STOP to any text. For questions or requests about your data, contact us using the details below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use of Launch after changes means you accept the updated policy.
