These terms govern your use of Launch, operated by Absolute Collective, at launch.absolutecollective.co. By using Launch you agree to them.

Accounts & eligibility

Launch is for authorized Absolute Collective representatives and partners. You sign in with your Absolute Collective / PayDirt credentials, are responsible for activity under your account, and must keep your login secure.

Acceptable use

Use Launch only for coordinating legitimate blitz sales activity. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or interfere with its operation.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive automated texts about blitzes you’re on (confirmations, reminders, and updates). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and consent.

Service “as is”

Launch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Absolute Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
